Where are you located?
I am located in a solo suite inside the new SOLA Salons building off of Delaware in Beaumont, Texas. When you walk in the building, my suite is the first salon to the right. Studio #1.

Do I have to book a consultation?
For extensions, a consultation is always require after you complete your extension request form, in order to discuss goals, talk maintenance, etc.
For first time color guests, a consultation is not required unless you are unsure of which service to book or are needing ideas on what you want to do with your hair.

How do I know which color service to book for?
You can either book a complimentary in-person consultation or feel free to send me photos of the front, back and sides of your hair, as well a brief description of your goal/inspiration and I will be happy to discuss the possibilities and which services/package I recommend.

Do you do weddings?
YES! For all bridal inquiries, please book a consultation or text/call me directly!

Do you sell gift certificates?
YES, I do! Gift the love of good hair to a loved one. Click the button below to purchase a gift certificate OR purchase one in person while visiting Champagne & Mane. I also offer specials on gift cards around the holidays!

Can I wash my hair after a color service?
I recommend waiting 48 hours after a color service to wash your hair.

Should I wash my hair before my appointment?
I'm sure we have all heard that myth that "you should go to the salon with dirty hair because the color will take better." FALSE. You do not need to wash your hair immediately prior to your appointment... but clean, dry hair is encouraged.

Do you cut mens/boys hair?
I do not offer any clipper cuts.

Can I bring my kids/another guest with me?
You can, but keep in mind that my salon suite is 131 square feet. While I do not mind if you need to bring your child or have someone accompany you, please note that space is limited in the suite. I love little ones but also keep in mind that there are many fragile items and chemicals in my salon as well.

Do you offer early or late appointments?
Yes! For an additional cost of $50, you can book an appointment before or after hours, upon request and pending availability. Please call or message me directly to inquire about early/late appointment times.
